SHIPPING POLICY

At Raw Fire BBQ, we are committed to delivering your premium grilling gear safely, reliably, and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons (such as summer grilling season, Father's Day, and the holiday period), processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a notification email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. We offer the following shipping options:

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors beyond our control. Raw Fire BBQ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs agencies.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD (or equivalent in local currency) to the United States. Free shipping thresholds for other countries will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@rawfirebbq.com with your order number.

International Shipping — Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Raw Fire BBQ ships internationally and we want to be fully transparent about potential additional costs. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control.
Raw Fire BBQ is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to your order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an international order.
Please note that customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We appreciate your patience.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Packages: In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@rawfirebbq.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or any safe location where it may have been left. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@rawfirebbq.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Stolen Packages: Raw Fire BBQ is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as stolen. We recommend contacting your local authorities in such cases.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Raw Fire BBQ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@rawfirebbq.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
