Built as a versatile everyday blade, the Forge Damascus Chef Knife features a 19.5 cm chef-style blade engineered for slicing, chopping, mincing and precision preparation.

Its VG-10 steel core is surrounded by 67-layer Damascus steel, combining a distinctive layered appearance with a hard 60±2 HRC cutting core. A premium rosewood handle completes the knife with a warm, refined finish.
