Blade & Construction

The Razorback features a compact blade with a pronounced curved edge and a narrow pointed tip. This geometry allows the knife to move accurately around joints, connective tissue and the natural contours of meat.

The blade gradually widens toward the heel, providing additional stability closer to the handle while maintaining the maneuverability required for precision trimming.

A dark hammered texture covers much of the blade face, creating a rugged forged-style finish. The lower cutting section is polished, forming a strong visual contrast between the working edge and the textured upper surface.

Care & Use

  • Dry the blade and handle completely before storage. Do not allow water, blood, salt, food residue or acidic ingredients to remain on the blade.
  • Do not place the knife in a dishwasher. High temperatures, prolonged moisture and aggressive detergents may damage the blade finish and handle.
  • Use the knife on wood, rubber or quality synthetic cutting boards.
  • Avoid glass, ceramic, stone and metal cutting surfaces, as they can quickly dull or damage the cutting edge.
  • Use controlled movements when trimming meat or working around bones. Always cut away from your hands and body.
  • This knife is designed for precision work around bones, not for chopping directly through large or hard bones.
  • Do not use the knife to cut frozen food, thick shells or other extremely hard materials.
