Care & Use

  • Dry the blade and handle completely before storage. Do not allow water, salt, food residue or acidic ingredients to remain on the knife.
  • Do not place the knife in a dishwasher. High temperatures, prolonged moisture and aggressive detergents may damage the blade finish, natural wood and decorative handle materials.
  • Use the knife on wood, rubber or quality synthetic cutting boards.
  • Avoid glass, ceramic, stone and metal cutting surfaces, as they can quickly dull or damage the cutting edge.
