Compact when carried and generous when opened, the TrailFire Portable Charcoal Grill is designed to bring real flame cooking beyond the backyard.

The case-style body opens into two separate grilling sections, creating a total cooking area of 270 square inches. Use both sides to prepare steaks, burgers, sausages, chicken, vegetables and other outdoor favorites in one organized setup.

Its iron construction is designed to handle the heat of charcoal cooking, while the elevated fixed-leg frame keeps the grill supported above the working surface.

When the cookout is over and the grill has cooled completely, the two sections close together to create a compact case. The integrated metal handle then makes it easier to carry and place inside a vehicle, gear area or storage space.

The TrailFire uses a dual-body design that opens into two individual charcoal cooking sections. Each side provides 135 square inches of cooking space, creating a combined surface of 270 square inches.

Separate cooking grates allow ingredients to be organized by cooking time, heat level or food type. One side can be dedicated to steaks, burgers or poultry while the second handles sausages, vegetables or other grill-ready ingredients.

Charcoal sits beneath the removable grates, allowing heat to rise directly toward the food for traditional open-fire grilling. Side ventilation openings support airflow around the fuel during cooking.

The black iron body is supported by fixed metal legs that elevate the grill above a suitable outdoor surface. The front section includes a secure closing latch, while the exterior handle becomes accessible when the two halves are closed for transport.

Once opened, the case transforms into a wide cooking station without requiring a separate stand or large assembly process.

• Use the grill outdoors only in a well-ventilated, open area.
• Never operate the grill indoors, inside a tent, garage, vehicle, enclosed patio or any other confined space.
• Place the grill on a stable, level, non-combustible and heat-resistant surface.
• Keep the grill away from walls, furniture, dry vegetation, fuel, fabrics and other flammable materials.
• Ensure both sections are fully opened and the support legs are positioned securely before adding charcoal.
• Inspect the body, legs, grates, handle and latch before every use. Do not operate the grill if any component is damaged or unstable.
• Use only charcoal or charcoal briquettes intended for outdoor grilling.
• Do not use gasoline, alcohol or other highly flammable liquids to ignite or relight the charcoal.
• Use an appropriate charcoal starter or fire-lighting product and follow its instructions carefully.
• Avoid overfilling the charcoal compartments. Leave enough space for controlled airflow and safe food positioning.
• Allow the charcoal to heat properly before placing food on the cooking grates.
• Use heat-resistant BBQ gloves and long-handled cooking utensils while the grill is operating.
• Keep hands, clothing and loose accessories away from the fire and hot metal surfaces.
• Use the included grate-lifting tool when repositioning a compatible grate. Never touch heated grates with bare hands.
• Do not move, lift, close or carry the grill while it contains hot charcoal, flames or warm ashes.
• Never use the transport handle while the grill is hot.
• Keep children and pets at a safe distance throughout cooking and cooling.
• Never leave the burning grill unattended.
• Keep suitable fire-control equipment nearby whenever cooking with charcoal.
• After cooking, allow the charcoal and all grill components to cool completely before handling or cleaning.
• Confirm that all coals and ashes are fully extinguished before disposal.
• Dispose of cooled ash in a suitable non-combustible container.
• Remove the cooking grates and clean them with warm water, mild soap and a grill-safe brush or sponge.
• Remove grease, food residue and cooled ash from the grill body after each use.
• Dry all components thoroughly before closing the grill for storage.
• Apply a light coating of food-safe cooking oil to clean metal grates when needed to help maintain the cooking surface.
• Do not use aggressive chemicals, oven cleaner or abrasive products that may damage the finish.
• Store the grill in a clean, dry and protected location away from prolonged moisture.
• Do not close the case or place it inside a vehicle until every component is completely cool, clean and dry.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received and returned with its original packaging, accessories and included components.

For returns resulting from a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact our team before sending any return, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
